If you are utilizing a smart phone or other electronic device, shortly before your scheduled telehealth appointment, you will receive an automated text message with a link to join a video call.

If you do not have access to a smart phone, you may use any standard telephone number for a telehealth appointment.

  • There is plenty of free, accessible parking in our personal lot.

  • We currently do not require staff or patients to wear masks in our office. However, we do reserve the right to change this policy at any time as the CDC recommendations and state/federal mandates change.

We do, however, always encourage anyone with respiratory symptoms to wear a mask to protect our staff and other patients.

Masks are available in the entryway; we kindly ask that anyone experiencing symptoms to put one on before entering the office.
